Meaghan completed her Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. Her nutrition education in combination with her degree in Exercise Science ensures a well-rounded approach to health during each visit with our clients.
“As the awareness of health continues to grow in our society, the amount of contradicting information continues to spread leaving so many confused on how to achieve “healthiness”. My goal is to help make this process as easy and enjoyable as possible using an individualized approach to create long lasting results for life.
Every individual is different from one another just as our bodies also differ. The foods my body needs to look and feel its’ best are different from what your body needs. Although there are some commonalities, it is my job to dig deep and discover how to best guide you through your healthy journey.
